The new BBS-D semi-automatic FIBC filling system from GEA is designed to provide efficient filling of big bags. Utilizing a twin overhead gantry system, the BBS-D can hygienically fill, seal and transport big bags with powdered products at a rate of up to 12 bags per hour 12 metric tonnes/hr. Filled bags are hermetically sealed prior to conveying to an automated palletising system outside of the critical hygiene area. Equipment features or specifications may differ from those shown.
