GEA repair service is never far away: Our international network of authorized repair workshops at 16 locations employs around 200 people who carry out over 3000 repairs per year. In order to avoid production downtimes, we also keep a large number of rental and exchange scrolls in stock for your decanters. True to our claim: 24/7 responsiveness, 100 % efficiency.

Using the example of our competence center
in Oelde, you can follow in detail all the necessary steps for a high-quality
and efficient repair of a GEA separator – from the separate goods receipt and
logistics through assessment and repair process to the final quality check and
documentation. To maintain our high quality standards, the entire process is
monitored by a product safety officer.

At the first day of SMM in Hamburg, we met with Karel Wauters who explained the benefits of the new GEA marine Separator. With newly introduced direct drive concept, maintenance intervals and energy efficiency increased. Furthermore, the installation and maintenance processes got simplified. In combination with the new EffiClean unit, time spent on cleaning the separators is reduced by up to 95 % compared to manual cleaning. Thereby, the GEA customers can save both maintenance and energy costs.
